World Heritage and Indigenous people

NOHC Associate Director and Vice President of ICOMOS recently participated in a workshop at UNESCO Headquarters which was a step on the journey to reshape the engagement of Indigenous Peoples within the framework of the World Heritage Convention. The workshop was supported by the Australian and Canadian governments, both signatories to the Convention. You can read more about it at the link below.
