Alisdair is a graduate archaeologist with training in the interpretation of historical documentation and material culture. Alisdair is also proficient in the application of GIS to compile, analyse and spatial data, complete technical drawings either digitally or in the field, undertake accurate and efficient excavation and recording, and participate in the analysis of archaeological material, including lithics and faunal assemblages. Alisdair has worked with NOHC since graduation applying and developing his skills in archaeological survey, excavation and recording and the preparation of technical report sections to professional standards.
It has been exciting getting the opportunity to apply and develop the skills learnt at university to a diverse range of projects since joining NOHC.
