Navin Officer Heritage Consultants worked with colleagues from Orwell Phillips Architects to deliver this project which included preparation of a draft action plan for the NSW Heritage Council and five climate change case studies for public information. The cases studies considered the impact of climate change occurring now and into the future on a range of heritage places.

The team developed 5 case studies for use by Heritage NSW: researching and analysing relevant materials and liaising with the owners/managers of the case study places/objects. The project explored the vulnerabilities, risks, knowledge gaps and guidance required for protecting and managing NSW’s cultural heritage. The action plan was a Heritage Council of NSW initiative, to assist Heritage NSW to strategically target its policy and conservation guidance.
